We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible for a replacement:
- The item must be in good, unused condition
- The product should be packed securely in its original packaging
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
Refund Policy for Ceramic Products
Refunds are available only for ceramic products that arrive damaged or broken during transit. If your ceramic item is damaged upon arrival, we will provide a full refund for the broken piece after verification.
For all other products (macramé, wall hangings, home décor items, etc.), we provide replacement only – no refunds are offered.
How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
